Powder for isotonic drink with orange flavor Gold Drink, 500 g, Gold Nutrition
Properties:
- is an isotonic drink with mineral salts and sugars, ideal to be administered during physical activity;
- contains carbohydrates with a high glycemic index, fructose, sodium, magnesium, phosphates and calcium, which are essential for the performance and hydration of athletes.
Way of ussage:
It is administered during training with small sips every 15-20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of training take 1 portion per hour, between the second and third hour of training take 2 portions per hour, after 3 hours of training take 3 portions per hour. To prepare the drink, add 1 grated cup (40 g) to every 500 ml of water. Mix well before administration.
Ingredients:
Dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin, magnesium citrate, flavor, acidity regulator (citric acid), iodized salt, color (beta carotene), potassium citrate. May contain traces of milk, soy, gluten, eggs, fish, nuts, peanuts or sesame.
Precautions:
Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
