The 2 in 1 electric breast pump can be used as a single or double electric breast pump.
It is provided with two phases of breast milk extraction, which imitates the natural feeding action of the newborn.
Phase 1 provides a quick suction to stimulate lactation and initiate milk flow. Then, Phase 2 follows, in which the rate of breast milk collection slows down, and the suction is deep to maximize the flow of milk.
In Phase 2 , the expression phase, the 2 in 1 electric breast pump offers the choice of 3 modes of breast milk collection, specially created to imitate natural feeding modes. Once the preferred collection mode is chosen, the suction level can be adjusted for comfort and maximizing milk production.

When the breastfed babies start with a quick suction to stimulate your milk, relax and let it flow. After you let the milk flow, the baby begins to feed more slowly, with slower and deeper suctions. To stimulate this natural rhythm, the Lansinoh breast pump has two phases - the stimulation phase and the collection phase.
1. The stimulation phase has a fast pumping style that mimics the baby's quick and short sucking used to initiate milk flow.
2. The collection phase imitates slow and deep feeding suction, with 5 adjustable suction levels. The pump starts directly in the stimulation phase, level 3 and will go into the collection phase after 2 minutes, which means that you don't even have to press any button (if you don't want to). It can change to the collection phase at any time, if the milk starts to flow before the 2 minutes of transition.
