Precautions:
For people who are not used to the regular consumption of this product, it is very important that the pollen begins to be consumed slowly, because bee products can produce allergic reactions in some people, with known sensitivities.
For example, you can start by taking two granules under the tongue, to do the sensitivity test (itching, sneezing, slight inflammation).
If such an allergic reaction occurs, a nutritionist or an allergist should be consulted.
If the reaction is tolerable, you can continue with 2 granules every day until there is no more reaction, then the daily dose is slowly increased.
If there is no reaction after the first test, start with 3 granules, increasing the quantity by 2 granules every few days until it reaches ½ teaspoon daily.
Gradually the dose can increase up to 1-2 teaspoons per day, or even more.
The normal daily dose for an adult starts from more than 1 teaspoon of pollen, but this depends on the individual metabolism.
