• Following an injury of any kind to the skin, the healing process results in the formation of a scar. The healing process can take anywhere from 21 days to two years. Hypertrophic scars (and keloids) are the result of excessive collagen production affecting the intact skin surrounding the wound area.
• Resolve is a medical device consisting of a skin-colored, silicone-based adhesive layer. It uses moisturizing and occlusive action to maintain a constant temperature in the healing area and prevent tissue moisture loss.

Indications:

It is recommended that the treatment be followed continuously for a period of at least 2 months, for the best aesthetic result.

Very important! Resolve skin can be left on the skin during the day or during the night depending on your preferences. It must cover the area to be protected for at least 8 hours a day.

It can be removed when the area is cleaned, and then reapplied.

It can be reused at least 3-4 times. The number of reuses varies from individual to individual and according to the area in which it is applied. Thus, it can be reused 10-14 times.

Replace with a new protector the moment you notice Resolve starting to lose its adhesive properties.

Instructions for use:

- Clean and dry the scar completely

- Open the individual packaging in which the patch/protection is packed

- Remove the transparent film that is marked with the RESOLVE logo on the adhesive side and keep it in the package

- Apply Resolve Skin to the scar

- Resove can be removed and reused: in this case, place the Resolve adhesive side down on the transparent film you originally removed and put it in the package. Reposition the patch over the scar, repeating steps 1-3

- Resolve can be washed with tap water and (neutral) soap – this helps improve adhesion and hygiene

Careful! Apply only to wounds that are healing. In case of maceration, redness or rash, discontinue treatment until symptoms disappear.

Resolve Skin patches are contraindicated in patients with dermatological problems incompatible with the long-term use of this product. Once a patch has been applied to one patient, it will under no circumstances be subsequently applied to another patient.
