Distonoplant - Dietary supplement for relaxation and stress reduction.

Benefits:
Vinarita is traditionally used to reduce irritability and tense states, helping to relax and unwind in case of agitation or nervousness, contributing to better sleep.
Fenugreek is a physical and mental tonic.
The stoneware has a calming effect.

How to use:
Adults and children over 16 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day, between meals*. If a stronger effect is needed, take up to 6 capsules per day, on the recommendation of the doctor or pharmacist.
Belt duration: 3-6 months . The cure can be repeated after a break of one month.
*between meals means that the administration should not be associated with food, therefore it is optimal to do it at least one hour from the last meal, and one hour from the next meal. This assumes that the product can be administered in the morning, at least one hour before the meal, and in the evening, at least one hour after the meal.

Warnings:
It is not recommended for children under 16 years of age or people with hypersensitivity to the product's ingredients.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
