Osteonat tablets is a natural product with a high content of Aquamin calcareous seaweed rich in calcium and magnesium (fully absorbable) and vitamin D, an essential vitamin both for the musculoskeletal system and for mental and emotional health. In addition to these ingredients, Osteonat contains plants rich in phytoestrogens as well as berries rich in vitamin C, but also an important supply of organic silicon, which helps to rejuvenate body tissues (osteo-ligamentous, skin, arteries and veins).
This product is recommended for premenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal women to restore bone density.
The product does not contain dyes and preservatives.

Maximum dose (6 cpr/day): 1080 mg of elemental calcium (135% of the NRV), 79.2 mg of elemental magnesium (21% of the NRV) and 6 µg (240 IU) of vitamin D3 (120% of the NRV) .

Administration method:
Adults: 2 tablets 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.

Contraindications:
Hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, hypervitaminosis D, severe calciuria, severe renal failure, bone metastases, uterine fibroids, genital cancer in women, intolerance to soy or any of the other components of the product.

Precautions:
For people on tetracycline treatment, the product will be administered 3 hours after the antibiotic. Do not administer simultaneously with iron-based preparations (their absorption decreases), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
