Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart.
Each capsule contains 500 mg of valuable fish oil, which consists of at least 30% natural, polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids: including EPA (approx. 18%), DHA (approx. 12%) and DPA (approx. 2.0). %).
As essential nutrients, omega 3 fatty acids cannot be produced by the body, so they must be obtained regularly from food.
