Omega 3-6-9 linseed oil, 30 capsules, Adams Vision
Flaxseed oil contains 2 times more Omega 3 fatty acids (in the form of ALA / alpha-linolenic acid) than fish oil, as well as a mixture of essential Omega 6 and Omega 9 acids. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal concentrations of blood cholesterol (the beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of a daily consumption of 2g of alpha-linolenic acid).
It is recommended in case of high cholesterol level, depression and memory disorders, acute and chronic constipation, relief of eczema and psoriasis.
A 1 g capsule of flaxseed oil contains 500 mg of alpha linoleic acid (Omega 3), 123 mg of linoleic acid (Omega 6), 140 mg of oleic acid (Omega 9) and 72 mg of other fatty acids and phytonutrients.
Administration
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with plenty of water.

Other ingredients: gelatin, caramel coloring, glycerin, purified water.
