Fish oil is one of the richest sources of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Therefore, it is recommended that cold water fish be included in the weekly diet. Even so, we do not always manage to maintain the optimal requirement of Omega-3 fatty acids.

How to use:

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, during the meal, unchewed, with enough liquid.
