Ingredients:
FOS P95 (fructooligosaccharides) (6 g per sachet); Poly-n-acetyl-glucosamine (Chitosan) (350 mg per sachet); Ascorbic acid (22 mg per sachet); Grape seed extract with 95% proanthocyanidins and 5% resveratrol (8 mg per sachet).
Administration method:
The contents of one sachet are dissolved in a glass of water, stirring gently, and then drunk 10 minutes before lunch and dinner. A few particles can be observed in suspension, which is absolutely normal as they correspond to an ingredient; as such, the entire contents must be drunk, leaving nothing in the glass.
Obegrass can be taken long-term, provided that the recommended daily dose is not exceeded.
Moreover, it would be very good not to give up this supplement or even to use it at least for periods of 3 or 4 months, at least 2 times a year.
The best results are obtained if there is a constant in consumption and in the context of a low-calorie diet and a moderate exercise regime.
