Nucleotides are organic chemical compounds from the group of phosphoric esters (esters of nucleosides and phosphoric acid). They are the basic building blocks of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) and other polynucleotides.
Nucleotides are the building material for nerve cells, they are involved in the formation of basic cellular components: nucleic acids, including RNA (ribonucleic acid), involved in the synthesis of proteins, phospholipids - phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, which are part of the membranes surrounding neurons.
Take 1 tablet per day and you will supplement your diet with 300 mg of uridine monophosphate and 100 mg of cytidine monophosphate. A pack of Nuclistim allows for monthly supplementation.
