Description
Sorghum - this natural gluten-free crop is a source of protein, fiber, a number of minerals and important vitamins (B). Due to its phytonutrient content, it is being examined for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects and its potential to reduce the risk of developing cancer or cardiovascular disease.
Whole rice - thanks to the processed layers of the grains, it contains much more vitamins from the B group, more valuable minerals (iron, magnesium and phosphorus) and, of course, fibers compared to white rice.
