A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA. Omega-3 D+ fish oil from Möller with lemon flavor reaches 860 mg of DHA and EPA in one teaspoon (dose).
The Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contained in Möller products are important building blocks of all cells in the human body. The body cannot efficiently produce them in sufficient quantities, so we must supply them regularly through diet (preferably fatty sea fish) or nutritional supplements. Recommended dosage
For adults and children starting with the age of 3 years, 5 ml (teaspoon) daily. Ideal together with food (for faster absorption of active substances). 5 ml corresponds to the volume of a larger teaspoon.

Storage

During processing, saturated fats (naturally contained in cod liver) and proteins are removed (therefore, even people with fish allergies can use fish oil). Omega-3 Möller D+ daily fish oil with lemon flavor is suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age. This oil provides a total of 1110 mg of omega-3 in the recommended daily teaspoon (dose) in a natural, non-concentrated form that is easily absorbed by triglycerides. Does not contain sugar, lactose and gluten (suitable for celiacs).
