Vitamins K are fat-soluble vitamins, of which, better known for its role in the blood coagulation process is vitamin K1 (phytomenadione). Vitamin K2 is another vitamin K (menaquinone) whose properties are, mainly, to activate the mechanisms of binding of calcium to the bone matrix.
An insufficient dietary intake of vitamin K2 leads to brittle bones.

Ingredients/ 1 capsule:
One capsule contains: vitamin K2 Mena Q7 (obtained from Natto/biotechnologically fermented soy), in sunflower oil 30 mg (equivalent to 45 mcg vitamin K2), cholecalciferol 0.48 mg (equivalent to 400 IU Vitamin D3), oil of Flax (Linumusitatissimum) 210 mg, capsule (glycerin, gelatin, black iron oxide and red iron oxide).
Administration method:
adults and children over 12 years of age: it is generally recommended to take one capsule once a day, administered with a glass of water, during or immediately after a meal.
Cautions:
The doctor's opinion is recommended when taking the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in the case of those who are under treatment with anticoagulants.
