Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB-12®

Bifidobacteria (probiotic bacteria) are commonly found in the intestinal tract and co-create the gut microbiome. The microbiome of newborns and breastfed children is mainly composed of these bacteria. They are considered important not only in early childhood, because they positively affect the acidic environment in the intestine and help prevent the reproduction of harmful bacteria.

The healthy balance of the gut microbiome can be disrupted by many factors, for example viral and bacterial gut infections, antibiotic treatment or a poor diet.

The addition of bifidobacteria is beneficial for the physiological balance of the intestinal microbiome, which is complemented and supported by its natural composition.

Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)

Dosage and method of administration

Shake the bottle well before use so that the powder at the bottom of the bottle is evenly mixed with the oil and forms a cloudy mixture. Put 6 drops of oil on a teaspoon or in milk/topping.

Do not give this product to your child if:

• Is allergic to any of the components of this nutritional supplement
• Has a severe immune system disorder or serious underlying disease
• Has severe kidney problems, kidney stones or calcium deposits in the kidneys
• As the doctor told him that he has too much calcium or vitamin D in his body
• If you have sucrose intolerance.

Composition

6 drops (recommended daily dose) contains at least 1 billion (1 × 109) colonies of lactic acid bacteria Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB-12 & reg; and 10 micrograms (400 IU - international units) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

The active ingredient Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB-12® contains: cryoprotectants (sucrose, maltodextrin, sodium ascorbate), carrier (sunflower oil with antioxidants: tocopherol-alpha (vitamin E), citric acid).
