Kelapher 2B is a sterile, patented medical device based on Lactoferrin in liposomal form, a pharmaceutical innovation that allows better absorption of the active ingredient at the skin level.

Properties:

• Lactoferrin is a multifunctional protein with important properties of chelating free iron from the tissues, implicitly reducing hemosiderin pigmentations and preventing the excessive accumulation of heavy metals and the associated toxicity.
• In addition, numerous clinical studies have shown that Lactoferrin also has an important antibacterial effect against numerous gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as important immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and scarring properties.

Indications:
Topical treatment of all structural alterations and dyschromias in the connective and epithelial tissue from the acute phase of the healing process:

• Bruises and hematomas after injectable procedures (filler, botulinum toxin, mesotherapy)
• Bruises and post-surgical hematomas (blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty)
• Hemosiderin pigmentations after sclerotherapy

Composition:

Lactoferrin LT (Lipid Technology) 150 mg/g, sorbitol, glycerol, allantoin, tocopherol, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 1500, polyethylene glycol 4000.

Way of ussage:

• Before each application, it is necessary to carefully clean the area with physiological serum.
• The choice of the optimal amount and frequency of administration of the cream will be made depending on the severity of the wound and the absorption time of the product.
• In any case, it is recommended to administer the cream at least twice a day (morning and evening)

The simultaneous administration of other topical preparations on the same area may influence the efficiency and safety of the device.
