Indications:
Influcid is a homeopathic medicine for the treatment and prevention of febrile influenza-like infections and other acute viral infections of the upper respiratory tract as well as for supportive treatment in case of influenza.

Contraindications:
Do not take Influcid:
- If you are allergic to Eupatorium perfoliatum or other plants of the asteraceae/compositae family, to any of the other active substances or to any of the components of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before taking Influcid, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or plan to become pregnant, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
Influcid has no influence on the ability to drive vehicles or use machines.

Administration method:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended doses are:
Adults: in acute conditions, 1 tablet every 1 hour, up to a maximum of 12 tablets per day, until symptoms improve. In the case of continuing treatment, use 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.

To prevent infections, take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.
Use in children and adolescents:
Children aged 1 to 11 years: in acute conditions, 1 tablet every 2 hours, up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day, until symptoms improve. In the case of continuing treatment, use 1 tablet 3 times a day.

Adolescents aged 12 years and over : in acute conditions, 1 tablet every 1 hour, up to a maximum of 12 tablets per day, until symptoms improve. In case of continuation
treatment, use 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.

For the prevention of infections, 1 tablet is used 3 times a day for children aged 1 to 11 years and 1-2 tablets 3 times a day for adolescents aged 12 and over.

The tablets should be allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth. For small children, the tablets can be dissolved in a small amount of water.

You should not take this medicine with food and drink. An interval of at least half an hour should be kept from meals.

Composition:
- The active substances are: Aconitum trit. D3 25 mg, Gelsemium trit. D3 25 mg, Ipecacuanha trit. D3 25 mg, Phosphorus trit. D5 25 mg, Bryonia trit. D2 25 mg, Eupatorium perfoliatum trit. D1 25 mg per 1 tablet (250 mg).
- The other components are: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, wheat starch.
