Description
Glucose is a powder for oral solution. It is used for dietary management in order to perform an oral glucose tolerance test (sugar curve). In states of carbohydrate deficiency, states of exhaustion after prolonged physical exercise.
Use:
Oral glucose tolerance test: after testing fasting blood glucose, dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (200-300 ml) and drink the solution within 3-5 minutes. Then, glucose testing is performed after 120 minutes.
In states of exhaustion, after physical exercises: you can take from 5 to 20 grams (one teaspoon or several teaspoons) of glucose.
Recommended intake:
1 sachet, do not exceed the daily dose.
