Mosasaurus occupies a special place in the study of prehistoric life.
The first skull was discovered in a Dutch quarry in 1776, it was assumed that it belonged to an unknown animal, perhaps a crocodile or a whale, which still lived somewhere on Earth.
But decades passed without a living Mosasaurus being discovered, and researchers began to understand a crucial fact: past animal life included species that had disappeared.
The creature that led to this discovery was one of the most dangerous marine carnivores of the Late Cretaceous.
For more than 20 years, Papo has been constantly innovating and making children all over the world dream with a rich range of over 600 products, representing 12 worlds, animals and characters.
From the original model to the series, each of the Papo figurines was designed and created in France to be manufactured with a permanent concern for quality.
