Doses and dosage regimens The recommended daily dose is 50 mg 4 times a day to 250 mg 4 times a day, for diarrhea associated with enteral tube feeding or AIDS, daily doses can be increased up to 3,000 mg/day.

• adults 2 capsules 2 times a day.
• children from 3 years old, 1 capsule 2 times a day.
