During the test, IgA antibodies present in the blood (anti-tTG or anti-gliadin) combine with colored latex particles coated with antibodies against IgA antibodies. The resulting conjugates, composed of latex particles combined with antibodies directed against IgA and IgA class antibodies, migrate across the membrane according to capillary forces to the appropriate test fields (T1 and T2 fields, respectively) and contain tTG recombinant and deaminated gliadin. peptides. These particles are captured by latex conjugates formed on the basis of the IgA antibodies present in the sample, directed against tTG and/or against gliadin, resulting in the appearance of the appropriate red lines. Test results are interpreted based on the presence of appropriate lines after 15 minutes.
