Ingredients/capsule:
Dry and inactive brewer's yeast powder - 335 mg; Acerola fruit extract that provides 17% Vitamin C (12.75 mg Vitamin C) - 75 mg; brewer's yeast enriched with 2000 mc/g Chromium - 20 mg; gelatin capsule.

Chromium is a mineral that the body uses for normal functioning, one of the most important functions it supports is the digestion of food. Chromium is directly involved in what is known as the glucose tolerance factor. Chromium in food is absolutely necessary, and its absence predisposes to obesity. Chromium may be important for those with type 1 diabetes - it can help them control their blood sugar and play a role in the management of adult-onset diabetes. Chromium supplements can increase "good" cholesterol (HDL cholesterol) and lower triglycerides and total cholesterol levels in those with high blood sugar and diabetes.

Brewer's yeast encloses a colony of lower, microscopic fungi. It helps maintain a balanced level of stress, prevent pancreatic cancer, and ensure healthy skin. Dry and inactivated brewer's yeast retains its nutritional qualities, but no longer has probiotics.
