Weleda Baby marigold moisturizing body cream
Indications:
For babies, to protect and maintain their healthy skin and to improve dry skin and peeling tendencies.
Calendula body cream is a wonderfully scented cream, containing chamomile to soothe irritations. It can be used daily on the baby's face and body. This body cream can be used to prevent diaper irritation.
Composition:
Calendula extract for cleaning the skin and healing the dry parts;
Chamomile extract for skin softening;
Almond oil to protect and nourish the skin;
Sesame oil (organic) to protect and nourish the skin;
Beeswax to nourish and protect the baby's delicate skin without clogging the pores, to give consistency to the product and for its emulsifying properties (combines the elements of water and oil in the product);
Lanolin for intensive protection of sensitive skin;
Kaolin for its cleaning and degreasing properties and to give consistency to the product;
Quartz silica regulates the consistency, maintains the water content and gives gloss to the emulsion;
Rapeseed lecithin, emulsifier (combines the elements of water and oil in the product);
Sugar beet alcohol, whose fruits and seeds act as a solvent in the preparation of extracts and has a preservative effect;
Water acts as a solvent in the preparation of extracts.
Mixture of natural essential oils, including lavender, rosemary and orange essential oil, to perfume and preserve the products.
How it works: The marigold and chamomile flower oil extracts, with anti-inflammatory effect, contained in the Calendula Body Cream keep the baby's skin soft and supple. The beeswax and lanolin contained protect the skin from external irritants without preventing it from breathing normally. The body cream is easy to apply and absorbs quickly.
Administration method:
It can be applied daily on the baby's body and face. It can also be applied to the bottom when changing the diaper. If the baby already has an irritation caused by the diaper, it is recommended to use Calendula Cream for the diaper area.
