Coldrex Maxgrip warm berry drink 14 pieces

This medicine contains the following active substances:

• Paracetamol, which is a pain reliever (analgesic) including headache, muscle and joint pain, sore throat and also reduces fever (antipyretic)
• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) which helps replace vitamin C which can be depleted in the early stages of colds and flu
• Phenylephrine chloride is a decongestant (substance that reduces blood flow to the nasal mucosa) used to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa, to unblock the nose and paranasal sinuses, to make breathing easier

Dosage

• Adults and adolescents from 15 years (over 65 kg) - 1 bag as needed 1-4 times a day with an interval of 4-6 hours. The minimum interval between individual doses is 4 hours. Do not use more than 4 bags in 24 hours
• Elderly patients (especially frail and immobile) - It may be necessary to reduce the dose or frequency of its administration.
• Patients with reduced renal function - Glomerular filtration 10–50 ml/min: the interval between individual doses is extended to 6 hours. Glomerular filtration rate less than 10 ml/min: the interval between individual doses is extended up to 8 hours.

The treatment is short-term. If the symptoms (fever, pain) do not improve within 3 days or, on the contrary, the problems worsen, new symptoms or unusual reactions appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

The medicine should not be taken for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.

The medicine is intended for adults and adolescents over 15 years of age with a body weight of over 65 kg.

Method of preparation

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a cup of hot water (about 125ml). Mix well until dissolved. Add cold water and sugar or honey to taste. It is served as a hot drink and is taken independently of food.
