Our potty training panties are made of a combination of cotton and polyester fibers, allowing them to be very soft on baby's skin, but also easy to wash and dry quickly.
The absorbent area includes cotton lining and the outer layer is laminated to provide waterproof protection when the inevitable accidents happen.

Composition: 80% cotton, 20% polyester, laminated with polyurethane.

Preparations:
- Less absorbent than a classic disposable diaper, it helps the child feel the wetness and know when it's time to sit on the potty.
- The absorbent cotton layers on the inside absorb small spills and prevent accidental leaks.
- They protect the child's clothes from dirt and are useful in speeding up the potty training process.
- During the night they are useful for children who rarely have accidents or the absorption power can be supplemented with absorbent boosters to avoid leaks. This is not a diaper, it will not last all day for incontinent children.

Care:
Machine wash at 40°C, tumble dry low, do not iron, ironing reduces absorbency. Pre-wash the training panties before using them for the first time and afterwards, rinse them in clean water before putting them in the washing machine.

When do I start potty training?
The signs that announce that the baby is ready to give up diapers, in general, are:
- is able to stay dry for up to 2 hours or during a nap;
- asks to be changed and they don't like the sensation of moisture;
- shows signs of independence and wants to do many things alone.
Don't forget that every child is different and the best strategy is to choose a rhythm and a time suitable to the dynamics of your family.

How do I start potty training?
It's often good to stay home for the first few days of potty training, it makes it much easier to eliminate the occasional accident. Get your child used to the potty by letting him carry it with him during the day and move it where he likes. You could even put him on the potty fully clothed and read a book or play together. Keep the potty close at hand, the ideal is to choose one that the child likes.
