Tea for Colon, 50 g, AdNatura
Composition:
A homogeneous mixture in variable proportions of the following plant parts: cumin fruits, coriander fruits, nettle leaves, gooseberry bark, mint leaves, sweet stevia leaves, ginger rhizomes, cinnamon, recognized in the specialized literature for both their positive role in eliminating toxins, fighting flatulence, as well as fighting indigestion, intestinal colic and increasing intestinal peristalsis.
Traditional uses:
It favors digestion and the elimination of toxins, increasing intestinal peristalsis and cleaning the colon. It supports the body's own purification mechanisms.
Method of preparation:
Internal use - infusion. Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon or a sachet of the product. The pot is covered and left to rest for 10-15 minutes, stirring from time to time. After infusing, strain and add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
Administration method:
Internal: drink up to 1-2 liters of tea per day. It is not sweetened. The tea has a sweet taste thanks to the leaves of sweet stevia also called "honey grass" (Stevia rebaudiana) which contain sweet substances allowed for diabetics and overweight people because they are practically devoid of caloric intake.
Contraindications:
This product is a dietary supplement. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for daily consumption.
