Properties:

Administration method:
Internal:
- powder - the plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take a grated teaspoon 3 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water.
- macerated cold - prepare from a spoonful of the plant added to 250ml of water, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of macerated per day, 30 minutes before meals.
- infusion - prepare from a spoonful of the plant added to 250ml of boiling water, keep for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of infusion per day, with 30 min. before meals.
External:
- to eliminate the discomfort that occurs in the oral cavity, local washes are made with its maceration with the infusion of the plant
- to maintain the health of the skin and reduce excessive sweating, local washes are made with its maceration with the infusion of the plant.
