Properties:
It is recommended in anorexia, hypoacid gastritis, hypoacid gastric ulcer, colitis and enterocolitis, biliary dyskinesia, slow digestion, memory and attention disorders, anxious and depressive neuroses, insomnia, epilepsy, neuro-vegetative dystonia, rheumatism.

Mode of administration:
Internal:
- the plant powder is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take 1/4-1/2 teaspoon grated 3 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water.
- cold maceration - prepare from a teaspoon of powder added to 250ml of water, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. For therapeutic purposes, drink 2 cups of macerated per day, every 30 minutes. before meals.
- the infusion - prepare from a teaspoon of powder added to 250ml of boiling water, keep for 15 min. at room temperature then strain and drink on an empty stomach. For therapeutic purposes, drink 2 cups of infusion per day, every 30 minutes. before meals.
- the decoction - prepare from 2 teaspoons of the plant added to 250ml of boiling water, boil for 15 minutes, then leave to cool, strain and drink on an empty stomach. For therapeutic purposes, drink 2 cups of the decoction per day, every 30 minutes. before meals.
External:
- in rheumatism it is applied locally in the form of poultices, which are obtained as follows: mix 2-3 tablespoons of finely ground powder with warm water to form a paste that can be applied externally. An occlusive dressing is applied on top, which can keep the poultice on the affected area for at least 3 hours.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding, small children, apple allergy.
