Properties:

Actions:

Ingredients:
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) - flowers.

Administration method:
- the powder for sublingual administration - the plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take one grated teaspoon 4 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water;
- cold maceration - prepare from a spoonful of the plant added to 250ml of water, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of macerated per day, 30 minutes before meals;
- the infusion - prepare a spoonful of the plant added to 250ml of boiling water, keep for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of infusion per day, 30 minutes before meals;
External:
- to eliminate the discomfort that occurs in the oral cavity and pharynx, mouth rinses or gargles with its maceration with the infusion of the plant are made;
- to eliminate the discomfort that occurs at the level of the eyes, it is applied to the compressed eyelids with its maceration with the infusion of the plant;
- to eliminate the discomfort that occurs at the level of hemorrhoidal veins and the anal mucosa, it is applied in the form of local washes or sitz baths 3-4 times a day with the infusion or maceration of the plant;
- to eliminate the discomfort that occurs in the vaginal mucosa, local washes are made with its macerate with the infusion of the plant;
- to promote skin regeneration, local washes or make-up with its maceration with the infusion of the plant are made;
- for skin maintenance, wash the skin in the morning and evening with a cotton pad soaked in its macerated plant infusion, you can also apply compresses with an extractive solution on irritated skin;
- to maintain the health of the hair, rinse the hair after washing with its maceration with the infusion of the plant;
- to maintain the health of the sinuses, inhalations are made with chamomile infusion, in which volatile oils can be added.

Contraindications:
Intolerance to chamomile.
