It is recommended for the normal functioning of digestion, the reduction of nausea caused by motion sickness, the increase of appetite and the support of the good functioning of the peripheral circulation.

Ingredients:
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) - roots.
Administration method:
Powder for sublingual administration - plant is finely ground with an electric grinder.
Take a teaspoon 3-4 times a day. The powder is held under the tongue or chewed for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water.
Cold maceration - prepare from 1-2 teaspoons of powder added to 250 ml of water (one cup), keep for 6 hours at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 2-3 cups of macerated per day.
Infusion - prepare from 1-2 teaspoons of the plant added to 250 ml of boiling water (a cup), keep for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 2-3 cups of infusion per day.
Contraindications:
Intolerance to ginger.
