INGREDIENTS: organic anise, organic fennel, organic verbena, organic cumin, organic fenugreek seeds.
METHOD OF PREPARATION : In a cup (250ml) pour hot water over a tea bag and leave to infuse for 7-10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
