Properties:
Calcium:
- it is the mineral present in the largest amount in the human body, and it has several important functions in the body;
- has an important role in the transmission of nerve impulses, being a tonic of the nervous system and strengthening its functional balance;
- muscle contraction is dependent on the presence of calcium, because the phenomena that couple the nerve impulse to the muscle contraction itself, are done only by means of calcium ions;

Magnesium:
- it is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and is essential for health, being necessary for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the human body;
- helps the normal functioning of muscles and nerves, maintains a constant heart rate, supports the immune system and bone strength;
- helps regulate blood sugar levels and maintain blood pressure within normal limits, and is involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis;
- the ratio between the two minerals is particularly important and is ideal in the proportion of 2:1;
