Description
- The effect of a cold compress: relieves local pain, has an anti-inflammatory effect, reduces swelling.
- The effect of a warm compress: promotes good blood circulation, relieves pain, relieves tension.
Applying a cold compress: Put the pillow in the freezer for 2 hours. Before application, wrap the pillow in a cloth.
Applying a warm compress: Heat the pillow for no more than 5 minutes in hot water (maximum water temperature 80ºC) or in a microwave oven 7.5x13 cm - max. 10 seconds, 13x14 cm - max. 30 seconds, larger sizes max. 1 minute (30x40 cm - max. 2 minutes) at a power of 500 watts. Before application, wrap the pillow in a cloth.
