Our sodium butyrate SR is a food for special medical purposes, rich in butyric acid. 1 daily portion of the product contains 960 mg of sodium butyrate, providing 768 mg of butyric acid. Thanks to the microencapsulation technology with sustained release (SR), the active substances are released gradually, while neutralizing the unpleasant properties of taste and smell.
Unless your doctor advises you otherwise, we recommend taking 2 capsules a day: 1 capsule twice a day, after meals. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
