Indications:
- Expectorant and cough reliever associated with colds
- Bronchostop® is created for all types of coughs associated with colds.
- Contains thyme extract and mallow root extract
- Soothes dry cough
- Promotes expectoration of viscous mucus
- Does not contain alcohol
- Aromatic, fruity taste
- For adults and children
Bronchostop syrup is a herbal medicine with traditional use. Thyme compounds support the expectoration of persistent, viscous mucus through their secretolytic, secretomotor and bronchospasmolytic properties.

Composition:
The active substances are: 1ml contains: extract 7.8 mg (in the form of dry extract) from the aerial parts of Thymus vulgaris L. and Thymus zygis L., (thyme grass) (7-13:1). Extraction solvent: water. extract 55.3 mg (as liquid extract) from the root of Althaea officinalis L., (mallow root) (1:12-14). Extraction solvent: water.

Administration method:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
15 ml every 3 to 4 hours (4 to 6 times a day; maximum daily dose up to 90 ml).
Children aged between 4 and 12 years:
7.5 ml every 3 to 4 hours (4 to 6 times a day; maximum daily dose up to 45 ml).
Children aged between 2 and 4 years:
After consulting a doctor, 7.5 ml can be given every 3 to 4 hours (4 to 6 times a day
day; maximum daily dose up to 45 ml).
Children under 2 years of age:
It is not indicated for use in children under 2 years of age because there is not enough data available and you should seek medical advice.

Contraindications:
Do not take Bronchostop syrup:
- if you are allergic to mallow root, thyme or other plants of the Lamiaceae family (e.g. basil, rosemary, sage) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
Because there is not enough data available, use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
