Boswellia Serrata can:

Precautions:
Allergies: People allergic to frankincense or other plants from the Burseraceae family should avoid using Boswellia extract;
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: There is not enough information about the safety of using Boswellia extract during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Drug interactions: Boswellia extract may interact with certain medications, including nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen or aspirin.
