Indications according to pathogenetic data:

• Tremor in the form of inhibitions with prejudices, memory disturbances, tremors and diarrhea or pollachisuria
• Insomnia - as a result of anticipatory anxiety (for example, before visiting the dentist or before surgery)
• Headaches and migraines chiefly in the head, with shootings in the muscles of the shoulder and neck, and pain in the eyes. Migraine with various ophthalmoplegia, the pain subsides with the appearance of visual disturbances. These difficulties are usually accompanied by apathy and complete exhaustion. These are alleviated by keeping the head upright or urinating profusely

Characteristic features - feelings: Fatigue, general weakness, drowsiness, numbness; general ruptures; heavy limbs; head to head; diplopia; migraines preceded by visual disturbances; neck and shoulder headaches; a feeling that the heart will stop (unless the patient moves).

Previous acute poliomyelitis - during the epidemic, a dose of Gelsemium 15 CH is prescribed as a preventive measure in the morning and evening. In the case of an outbreak of poliomyelitis, Gelsemium 15-30 CH is prescribed approximately every 6 hours to support the classic treatment.

Myasthenia: in the initial stage, Gelsemium 30 CH is used, 5 granules 2 times a day.

Uterine inertia: for labor pains, 9 CH is prescribed alternately with Caulophyllum and Actaea racemosa, which help regulate contractions.

Nervousness in the form of prejudiced inhibitions, memory disorders, tremors and diarrhea or hemiplegia - Gelsemium 30 CH 5 grains are prescribed the night before the exam or the dreaded load and 5 grains an hour before the event itself.
