Vitamin B6 contained in the BiCaps P-5-P preparation helps the nervous system to function properly and to maintain proper psychological functions.
Vitamin B6 also helps in the proper production of red blood cells and contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. It also helps the immune system function properly and maintain proper homocysteine metabolism.
Ingredients: inulin (chicory root), vitamin B6 (P-5-P 5'-pyridoxal phosphate), pullulan (capsule shell).
The daily portion - 1 capsule contains (reference intake %):
- Vitamin B6 - 25 mg (1,785%),
- Inulin - 280 mg.
How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day, with a meal.
