Properties:

• Vitamin B-1 (thiamine) provides energy to the body, is important in the proper functioning of the nervous system, reduces the feeling of fatigue and irritability due to stress;
• Vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) supports healthy skin, hair, nails and also has antioxidant potential;
