AulinDol is a non-prescription medicine in the form of an analgesic gel for the symptomatic treatment of pain in joint sprains. It can also be used for acute tendon injuries. AulinDol gel is applied locally to the skin.

AulinDol gel contains nimesulide - an active substance with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties , belonging to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Nimesulide is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, the enzyme responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins. Cyclooxygenase catalyzes the production of prostaglandins, some of which are involved in the development and maintenance of inflammation.
The drug formula does not contain alcohol.
