How to use:

The recommended amount per serving is 0.5 sachets.

Cut or tear the split end of the sachet and squeeze the contents into 30-60ml of plain water or juice. It is recommended to consume it on an empty stomach, for at least 15 minutes. before eating

- Refrigeration is recommended for maximum efficiency.

Validity period: 18 months from the date of production. The expiry date is stamped on the bottom of each pack and printed along the edge of each envelope EXP0614, which means: good until June 2014.

Tips:

- As a food supplement, it is recommended to consume half a sachet daily.

- For best results, cut or tear off the split end of the sachet, squeeze into 30-60ml of filtered or spring water, or your favorite soft drink, and drink on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before eating.
