Description
Organic bulgur is notable for its high fiber content and at the same time a minimal amount of fat. It also contains vitamins A, E and K, iron, phosphorus, potassium and proteins. Bulgur is soaked grains from hard varieties of wheat. It is an easily digestible cereal that does not cause bloating. Bulgur has a similar use in the kitchen as rice (side dishes, risotto).

Use:
- Rinse the bulgur and pour it into the pot
- Pour in water in a ratio of about 1:2 (about 2 cups of water per cup of bulgur)
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes
- After cooking, pour off the excess water and let the bulgur rest in the covered pot for about five more minutes
