Properties:
Algamar brand seaweed is all wild seaweed, harvested from the unpolluted coasts of the Galicia region of Spain. There are also cultured seaweeds, but they cannot be compared qualitatively and nutritionally with wild ones. Another great advantage of Algamar wild algae is that they are far from radiation sources. This seaweed grows up to 1.5 meters long, being cultivated on the coasts of Galicia in Spain.
Rich in calcium, iodine, proteins and fibers, it is one of the most popular species of algae used in raw cuisine.

Method of preparation:
- raw: cut small, leave to soak in water for 15 minutes, and add to salads.
- cooking: boil for 20 minutes in soups, with vegetables, potatoes, rice, millet, etc. It can also be browned in oil to then be added to pizza, pies, pasta.
