Organic spaghetti seaweed, 50 g, Algamar
Properties:
Algamar brand seaweed is all wild seaweed, harvested from the unpolluted coasts of the Galicia region of Spain. There are also cultured seaweeds, but they cannot be compared qualitatively and nutritionally with wild ones. Another great advantage of Algamar wild algae is that they are far from radiation sources. Sea spaghetti seaweed (Himanthalia elongata) is the perfect substitute for spaghetti for those who appreciate seaweed. They can taste like salted fish, it is advisable to wash them well before cooking them.

Method of preparation:
- raw: cut into smaller pieces and soak in water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes they can be added to salads and eaten raw.
- cooked: boil for 20-30 minutes. They can be served with rice, quinoa, buckwheat, in pizza, practically you can add them to almost any side dish.
- fried: rinse well, fry in palm or coconut oil, and when ready, sprinkle with lemon juice.
