It contains a complex of key, natural substances in precise portions that support the body when using hormonal contraception - 11 ingredients:

• vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), folate complex (folic acid and bioactive 5-methyl-THF), coenzyme Q10, magnesium, vitamins C, E, riboflavin (vitamin B2), B6, biotin, zinc and selenium
• contains the biologically active form of vitamin B12 - methylcobalamin and a proven folate complex, including folic acid and bioactive 5-methyl-THF

• gluten-free product, does not contain lactose, cow's milk protein, yeast, preservatives and artificial flavors

Ingredients: magnesium oxide (magnesium), maltodextrin, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, ubiquinol (Coenzyme Q10), riboflavin, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) , pyridoxal 5-phosphate (vitamin B6), zinc bisglycinate (zinc), sodium selenite (selenium), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), D-biotin (biotin), glucosamine salt of (6s)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid ( folic acid), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Daily dose: 2 capsules, 1 capsule in the morning and in the evening during the meal, drink plenty of water. The capsule should not be chewed.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. You should follow a healthy lifestyle and eat a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation.
