Description
Lecithin is the body's own substance, which is produced by our liver and is one of the basic elements of cell membranes1 of all living organisms. Among other things, it contains linoleic acid, which contributes to maintaining a normal level of cholesterol in the blood. Lecithin is found in high concentrations in important tissues such as human brain tissue, liver, heart, muscles or nerve fibers. Lecithin acts in the processing of fats, which it transforms into a water-soluble form and thus allows their elimination from the body. It effectively lowers the level of harmful LDL cholesterol and increases the level of good HDL cholesterol for our body. Protects the heart and blood vessels against heart attacks and atherosclerosis2. By lowering cholesterol levels in blood vessels, blood flow to the brain improves and nervous system functions are strengthened. The ability to concentrate and think increases, learning processes become more efficient, and mental energy and a feeling of freshness return. "Lecithin's main function is to help cells burn fat. Dosage
Take half a teaspoon (1200 mg) 1-2 times a day with food and drink it with a glass of water. The powder can be added to yogurts, soups and baking dough. Recommended dosage for bread dough - 2-3 g of lecithin per 1 kg of mixture.
Storage
The product should be stored in a dry, dark and cool place. After opening, the package must always be closed carefully.

Not suitable for children under 3 years. Keep out of reach of small children. The prescribed daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
