Original chicory syrup contains only 5% carbohydrates, which is 10-15 times less than agave syrup and maple syrup. Original chicory syrup can be used not only to sweeten hot and cold drinks, desserts, cakes, sponge cake, ice cream, pancakes and yogurts. The syrup can also be used in a warm kitchen to bake all kinds of pastries and sweet cakes.

And there is another completely unique feature - the syrup is able to partially replace cooking fat! So syrup not only reduces the caloric value of baked goods by replacing sugar, but also reduces the energy value of food by replacing cooking fat, up to one hundred percent!

Contains up to 95% less sugar and 45% fewer calories compared to other natural sweeteners (honey, maple syrup, agave syrup...), therefore very suitable for use in a weight loss diet . Foods prepared with original chicory syrup have a significantly lower energy value compared to foods containing sugar. The dose for sweetening is the same as for honey, when replacing fat in food, 1g of syrup replaces about 4g of fat.
