Easily digestible formula from a complex of vitamins and minerals in powder form. It supplements the deficiencies of 12 vitamins and 8 minerals in our diet. Contains vitamins: C, E, B, B2, B6, B12, vitamin A and D3. It also contains magnesium, zinc, iron, niacin, pantothenic acid, manganese, copper, chromium, iodine, selenium and biotin.

Notes: It can have a stimulating effect on the nervous system, therefore it is recommended to consume it in the first half of the day to avoid problems falling asleep. The acid reaction can destroy the enamel - it can be consumed through a straw or diluted in larger amounts of water.

How to use: Pour 1 serving (2 flat measuring cups) into a container, then add 200ml of water or other beverage and mix. It is consumed once a day during the meal.
