Way of ussage:
1. Brush your teeth lightly before each application.
2. Make sure your hands are clean and dry.
3. Remove the pre-filled support from the sealed envelope and immediately put it in your mouth, making sure that the gel is in contact with the surface of the tooth. Gently push the support with your thumbs into position. Upper and lower teeth can be whitened at the same time.
4. Gently bring your lips together over the support and carefully close your mouth. Attention: too much pressure of the bite can lead to the leakage of the excess gel from the support, away from the teeth. Avoid swallowing the gel.
5. Remove the support after 20 minutes and throw it away immediately. Gently rinse the gel left on the teeth and gums with water.'
