Properties:
Standardized extracts of Valerian and Hops:
- the synergy created by the standardized extracts of Valeriana and Hops helps the body to reach a state of relaxation and supports the onset of sleep;
- once the sleep has settled, the action of the extracts continues to maintain the architecture of the sleep;
- Valerian extract through its content in flavonoids and tannins, supports the proper functioning of the cognitive function.

Magnesium bisglycinate:
- magnesium and glycine form a couple that acts targeted at the level of the nervous system, through a direct mechanism on the neurotransmitters GABA, serotonin and dopamine, which translates into a state of mental balance;
- magnesium has an essential role in the proper functioning of the nervous system, being a support element in the face of oxidative stress and in maintaining the integrity of nerve cells;
